New Activation Controls
- Account Activation/Deactivation: Administrators can now temporarily deactivate user accounts while preserving all settings and permissions for easy reactivation
- Automated Notifications: Users receive email notifications when their account status changes
- License Optimization: Deactivated accounts don’t count toward license limits, helping you manage resources efficiently
- Safety Controls: Built-in protections ensure at least one administrator remains active

📝 Technical Notes
For administrators:
- Deactivated users cannot log in and receive clear messaging about their account status
- The „My Reports“ button can now be hidden via access profiles by disabling the „Reports“ element
- Warning messages support both English and German with automatic language detection
