Is there a free plan?
Yes. The Free plan is free forever: 1 user, 1 project, up to 100 cases. Create surveys or upload your own data (Excel, CSV, SPSS) and view it as a live dashboard. Export, crosstabs and AI analysis are included from Solo.
How is the price of the paid plans made up?
Per licence: administrator €200, editor €50, viewers in packs (5 for €150, 10 for €275, 15 for €350, larger with volume discounts) — per month, billed annually. Solo, Starter and Pro are ready-made bundles; Solo is a discounted single seat. Enterprise combines licences freely from a €1,400 minimum fee — optionally with the internal viewer flat rate (€500) and the Exasol connection (€200).
Why is the Solo administrator €100 when a single licence costs €200?
Solo is deliberately a discounted single seat for independents: one administrator, no further licences in the workspace. As soon as you want to add viewers or editors, you move to Starter or Pro — where the regular licence price applies.
Can I pay monthly?
All plans are billed annually — like practically every professional research platform. You can try everything free for 14 days first, no strings attached.
What happens after the trial?
Without a paid plan you simply drop to the free Free plan — your projects are kept.
What is the advantage of the Enterprise plan?
Enterprise is more than licences with a volume discount: dedicated infrastructure (own hosting in Germany, self-hosting or Exasol), SSO via your identity provider, contractual availability (SLA) and a personal contact instead of a ticket queue — plus onboarding, training and data consultancy from our team. Add-ons like the internal viewer flat rate scale reporting to your whole company. In short: up to Pro you buy software, with Enterprise a managed insights platform.
