The Big Five, often called OCEAN, describe personality across five broad dimensions rather than rigid types. This compact template uses 20 freely reusable statements from the International Personality Item Pool (IPIP), four per dimension. The result is a personal radar profile without an artificial total: personality has no universally better or worse score. The template suits reflection, coaching and workshops; scientific or consequential assessment should use longer validated instruments.
