Export charts as images (PNG/JPEG/SVG) and raw data as CSV
Besides PowerPoint, Excel and PDF, DataLion exports individual charts as images and the underlying raw data as CSV.
PNG and JPEG at a resolution of your choice
Export any chart individually as PNG or JPEG. The resolution is admin-configurable in three levels:
- Standard (1×) – for email,
- High (2×) – for presentations,
- Ultra (3×) – for print and large formats.
You can identify the higher levels directly from the file name – by the suffixes -high and -extrahigh. That makes it immediately clear in the asset folder which variant you have.
SVG and embedded website
Where lossless scaling matters, export charts as SVG – sharp at any size, ideal for layout and print. If a chart is destined for the web rather than a document, output it as an embedded website.
Raw data as CSV
If you need the figures rather than the image, export them as CSV at single-case level – the raw data including open-ended answers, ready for your own analyses or for handover.
Tip: For whole dashboards or multi-page reports, use the PDF export or the PowerPoint export instead of the single-image export.
