The eNPS is the share of promoters (rating 9–10) minus the share of detractors (0–6). The result ranges from -100 to +100.
What is a good eNPS score?
Scores above 0 are considered positive, above +20 good and above +40 excellent. What matters most is the trend over time.
Is the survey anonymous?
Yes. No personal data is collected. Only analyse results in sufficiently large groups to preserve anonymity.
