Is the survey really anonymous?
Yes. No personal data such as name or IP address is collected. Only analyse results in sufficiently large groups to preserve anonymity.
How often should I measure employee satisfaction?
A detailed survey once a year is common. Short quarterly pulse surveys are a good complement to spot changes early.
